This kit came from a smoker's collection. We have cleaned the cellophane and placed the kit in a tote with an ozonator air purifier to try and remove as much odor as possible. Spotlight Hobbies makes no guarantee how much odor remains.
This is just a little undersize, but not by much, which wouldn’t be very noticeable (if at all)
on a boat since we don’t really know how the real boat compares to a car anyway.
This boat was originally issued by Palmer in the early ’60s, and the tool was later sold to Lindberg. It’s one of Palmer’s better kits and builds into a nice looking boat, although it is 55 year old tooling and is not as detailed as a a contemporary AMT kit and may take a little more effort to build. The twin 50 horse outboards are made to loosely resemble Evinrude V-4’s and have a decal similar to Evinrude’s as well, but without the Evinrude name.
