Because this dragster was exceptionally light (and yellow) Don Garlits sarcastically called it the “Yellow Feather”,
as it was beating everybody in sight.
In short time the name stuck, and it simply became known as the “Yellow Feather” to all.
The kit includes newly tooled accurate wing struts and injector scoop, a Lions Drag Strip cardboard display stand,
pad-printed detailed drag slicks, and a highly detailed decal sheet.
